How to return a product to us

RETURNS:
At Serendipity Uniforms our goal is your satisfaction with only the best quality of Cherokee Uniforms. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You can visit our location to exchange or return your Cherokee Uniforms item(s) or return by mail.

Understandably, we cannot accept returns of Cherokee Uniforms items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original Cherokee Uniforms condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Rockers Footwear, and other footwear offered on this website must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. If a returned item does not meet these conditions, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label.
